Frequently asked questions
How do I sign up to become a volunteer?
To become a volunteer, simply create your profile on the official Tahiti 2027 volunteer registration platform. You will need to fill out a form with your information, skills, and mission preferences.
Why do I need an email address?
The email address allows you to create your account on the platform, receive important information, training notifications, as well as your assignment and schedule.
I don't have an email address, can I still sign up?
Yes. If you do not have an email address, our teams can help you create one for free so you can complete your registration.
I have an email address but I forgot my password.
It is possible to reset your password by clicking on ‘forgot password’. If you encounter difficulties, our team can also assist you.
I am not comfortable with the internet, what should I do?
We can help you register by phone or during COJ events.
Does registration take a long time?
Registration generally takes 10 to 15 minutes. You need to create your account, complete your profile, and choose your mission areas.
Will I be automatically selected?
Registration does not automatically mean selection. Applications will be reviewed to balance profiles and meet mission requirements.
What happens after registration?
After your registration: your profile will be reviewed, you may be contacted, you will participate in training sessions, and you will receive your assignment.
Who can become a volunteer?
The program is open to everyone aged 18 and over: students, professionals, retirees, associations, or job seekers.
Are volunteers paid?
Volunteers are not paid. However, they benefit from training, support, and coverage of meals and transport during their missions.
